We process Medium Hard- Memory Foam in sheets and rolls form for a wide range of Industrial applications (mainly Bath Mats and Medical Products) where support and slow recovery foam properties are required.
These foam are mainly supplied in rolls form for Glue lamination process and mass production of Industrial products can be done. Common Density processed are 45 Kg/m3 and 65 Kg/m3.

Quick Dry Memory Foam

We process Open Cell, Quick Dry Memory Foam for applications where quick dry, cushioning, support, resilience, slow recovery is required at the point of foam application. As the name suggest these foams are open cell foam and allow good air and water flow therefore dry themselves very quickly by allowing water to pass by. These foams find applications in places where foam comes in water contact and need quick dryness such as Bath Mats, Out Door Furniture.

Hard Memory Foam

We process Hard- Memory Foam in sheets and rolls form for a wide range of Industrial applications (mainly Bath Mats, Carpet Underlay & Shoe In-sole applications). With the use of special chemicals, Memory foam is processed with a hard feel to serve application where extra support, hardness, and slow foam recovery properties are required.
These foams are processed in roll form; Continuous Foam blocks of lengths like 30, 60 or sometimes 120 meters are processed. These Long blocks are then put on a cutting machine where the head and the tail of the block are combined, creating a big ring. A ring created meets a cutter placed in the machine that professional controlled slice the block into any required thickness in roll form.

These foams are mostly used in processing high-end comfort and medical products.

Charcoal Memory Foam

We process Charcoal Memory Foam in sheet and rolls form for wide range of Comfort and Industrial applications. With the use of special chemicals, memory foams are processed with different feel, bounce back properties with further infused charcoal helps to regulate moisture, temperature, and odor in these special types of foams.
These foams are processed both in sheet and roll form, Continuous Foam blocks of lengths like 30 & 60 meters are processed, then these blocks are placed on different foam processing and cutting machine to derive specific size sheets and rolls.
