60 Density Hard Flame Lamination foam are open cell high quality polyether base polyurethane foam offering better hardness, tensile strength, elongation compared to normal grade foams. These foams are high density foam therefore are denser compared to low density foam and offer best properties on all different foam testing parameters.

We measure these froths with added substances which help in delivering sufficient liquid polymers for better holding at the hour of Lamination with least thickness misfortune. These froths are handled in move structure with joints choices at each 30, 60 meters according to explicit client and end application prerequisites.

32 Density UV Glue Lamination foam are specially processed for applications where foams UV light exposure is required. UV Stable foams are processed using special post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming enabling these foams to be UV stable. These foams are supplied in roll form for glue lamination process.  With UV additives these foam also contain high quality glue lamination additives to offer best after lamination results.

Glue lamination is considered best for UV foam lamination as it result in zero thickness loss and yellowishness effect compared to Flame lamination process.

We process these foam with joint option at 30 & 60 meters.

23 Density Flame Lamination foam offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness and Hand Feel compared to other low density foam grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for flame lamination of High-end lamination products and other comfort products.

These foam are processed using high quality additives to offer better flame lamination properties with minimum thickness loss in the flame lamination process.

We offer 18 Density Polyester foam in roll form for both flame and glue lamination applications, most widely used for flame lamination for various applications across the World. For flame lamination application 18 Density foam are considered Medium Density foam grades and have high consumption in processing flame lamination products.

Polyester Polyurethane foams are processed by mixing high-quality polyols with catalysts at the time of foaming. These foams have a higher viscosity rate & regular fine cell structure with a high number of open-cell compared to Polyether Polyurethane foams. Polyester foams look similar to Polyether based foam but offer better mechanical strength and are not affected by petroleum products therefore are widely used in the automotive industry.
