Hybrid Foam is polyether based foam processed from blending of special chemicals to gain properties similar to polyester foam and offer extra bonding strength and an open-cell structure.
These foams offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness, and Hand Feel compared to other foam in the same category at a cheaper price compared to Polyester foam. These foam grades are considered good for flame lamination products compared to polyether-based foams.

We offer 18 Density Flame Lamination Polyether foam in rolls form, most widely used for flame lamination for various application across the World. For flame lamination application 18 Density foam are considered Medium Density foam grades and therefore consider best for processing all type of flame lamination products.
These foam are supplied in roll form and are used widely in Single/Double side & Multilayer flame lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.
We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters as per specific customer requirement.
23 Density Soft Foam

23 Density Soft foam offer better Elongation, Tensile Strength, Resilience and Hand Feel compared to other low density soft grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for quilting of High-end mattress and other comfort products.

18 Density Soft foam offer great softness compared to normal foams. These are also called Low Density Soft Foam as have low density compared to regular foam grades and still consider best for all quilting applications.
18 Density foams are denser than the 15 Density soft foam therefore offer better softness, tensile, elongation, tearing strength at the point of application.
These foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.
