These foams are High Density foam with extra hardness therefore are denser in nature and offer best values on different foam testing boundaries. To process these foam in required thickness, we first process a rectangular block of required length (say 30 or 60 meters long). Then on Looper cutting machine the block head and the tail are combined, creating a big ring.
