40 Density Hard Flame Lamination foam are open cell polyether base polyurethane foam offering better hardness compared to normal grade foams. These foam are processed considering foam application where good breathability, load bearing capacity and additional support is required.

We process these foams with additives which help in releasing adequate molten polymers for better bonding at the time of Lamination with minimum thickness loss. These foams are processed in roll form with joints options at every 30, 60 meters as per specific customer and end application requirements.
